- We walk your site in Norcross: the office, the server closet, the dock, the shop floor and anywhere the Wi-Fi drops. We also run a read-only review of Microsoft 365 and your backups.
- You receive a short written summary ranked by risk, and a fixed monthly price for keeping it all running.
- If you sign on, we schedule the changeover around your shipping days and production runs, not in the middle of them.
